Hedgeberry is home to an eclectic mix of up-cycled projects, crafts, mysterious objects and delicious recipes, with aspirations for a tidy home and clean, green living, plus all things chicken. Take a look over the garden gate for progress on our veg patch and enjoy thrifty ideas for styling both home and garden on a budget.

As we progress we will be joined by guest contributors, writers and artisans who will share stories and offer valuable advice on their projects, products and experiences. And while they chat, we will continue to patch our humble farm cottage with hard work and enthusiasm. All the while searching for ways to recycle and reduce our impact on the environment.

The countryside surrounding Hedgeberry is a haven for wildlife, trees and hedgerow plants. Nature abounds, yet with regret we have not taken the time to study it closely. This is about to change and we will share our findings with you across the seasons.

Talking of wildlife, one Hedgeberry resident struggles with a butterfly mind and is determined to be organised and clutter free. If successful she plans to settle back in a comfy chair and write her second set of novels. Her first had some interest but there is obviously much to learn. In a bid to find an agent and better understand the world of publishing she has begun a mini blog. Look under the book section to discover more.
